Charity

Marian is patron of To Russia with Love, a charity helping Russian orphans specifically in the Bryansk region.

She visited Ethiopia with Concern an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to reducing suffering and ending extreme poverty.

And she gave royalties from Under the Duvet to the Simon Community, who work with people who experience homelessness and housing exclusion in Ireland.
